Anything in this sections is something that must be read if you expect to be accepted or understand what's going on around the site. We try to keep it as short as possible, so please just read it, it will make all of our lives easier later. However, please feel free to use common sense. If you are not making a character that rides horses then no need to read the horse rules, if you aren't playing a student, no need to read the university rules.
