RECUITING

So, we're gonna try something that's been on my mind for quite some time now. I have no idea if it's going to work but, well, I suppose we'll see. We're going to have prizes for members who recruit new members to join, and stay active, on the site. For now the prizes will take place as points but if you have a better idea (a third female character ran across in my mind) then let me know and I will consider it!

HOW IT WORKS
Okay, let's say you have a friend. You tell them about Rowanoak and then they decide they would like to join. Once the new member has joined and has been accepted with their first character the new member will PM me and I will add ten points to every character the recruiting member has.

So, as an example, say Mary tells Gary about the site and Gary decides he would like to join. Gary joins, makes his character and is accepted and then Gary will PM me and tell me that Mary was the one that recruited him. I will then add ten points to all of Mary's characters (unless Mary has another idea for a prize she would like). However, if Gary becomes inactive at any time after that Mary will lose the ten points she was given before.

Now, this is subject to change as this is just in a trial mode right now so don' be surprised if the rules change on ya. We're just trying to see how to make this run smoothly. You have suggestions? Don't be afraid to let us know!
