The Calico Apartments are the smallest and most inconveniently placed of the three types of apartments available. They are one or two rooms with one bathroom and do not allow pets of any kind. They are, however, the cheapest and can be afforded by someone on even a modest salary.
about carlton apartments
Carlton apartments are the middle of the road apartments. They are nice and more centerally located than the calico apartments and also allow pets (obviously not horses). However, you need a pretty decent income to be able to live here. They are also one to two bedrooms and one or one and a half bath.
about jessebelle apartments
Jessebelle apartments are the nicest ones you will find in the area. They are in the middle of everything without being noisy and are the largest of the apartments. They allow pets (obviously not horses) but you must have a nice, degreed income in order to live here, or live with a lot of friends. They are anywhere from one to four bedrooms and one to three bathrooms.
about house living
If you plan to live in a house you need a very nice income and you will be unable to afford it if you do not have a college degree and a good job from that. Horses are not allowed on any property, but you can get up to two acres of land with your house. Other pets are allowed.

apartment #114 Carlton Apartments houses Alexa Walker and her dog and looks like A very modest looking space. It has one bedroom, and one bathroom. There is a fairly nice sized kitchen, and the dining room is in the same space as the living room. The place is usually well kept and free of clutter.
apartment #117 houses Bianca Gray and Zepplin the Corgi and looks like a simple, spacious place. The front door opens into a short hallway, with a coat closet off to the left. The hallway leads into an open living room with a small archway marking the cozy eat-in kitchen. You can see from the kitchen straight into the living room with no problems because there is no set doorway between the two with the open floorplan. Another short hallway leads off the opposite side of the living room to the one bedroom and one bathroom. Both are comfortable and just big enough for a girl and her dog.
apartment # 204 houses Jodi Raventhaw and looks like a small apartment on a square floor plan. There is one bathroom and a bedroom, as well as a small eat-in kitchen, a spacious living room, and a hallway that leads from the front door to the bedroom door, with each room having a doorway off of this central hall.
apartment #210 houses Haidyn Avner Abernethy and Nox, the cat, and looks like a traditional western home. The bed is made of light wood and has a homemade quilt on it. The walls of all of the rooms are painted alternately light and dark blue. The living room has a simple TV and a patterned couch. There are cacti in every room. A small kitchen off of the living room completes the small apartment.
