This is the remote city of Matsumoto. It is a bustling area, though is not exceedingly connected to outside influences. Those lucky few who stumble upon this wondrous city can find a prestigious high school, self-named Matsumoto High Schools, including grades K-12(unique to its location); surplus high-end houses and mansions, and surprisingly very few decrepit buildings; and a beautiful view of the sea along one side of the active metropolis.

But every city has its story, and Matsumoto certainly holds one. And closely, as a matter of fact...
