[center]Tropical paradise—green as thick as far as the eye can see, colorful and exotic blossoms vibrantly decorating every habitable crevice, striking birds and stealthy predators that dwell in the jungle, and a large, forbidding volcano that stands over it all, casting its shadow on eternal sunshine. The horses here know no other world beyond the crystalline waters that surround their land; they know no other breed besides their own: native. However, they are not naïve. They are aware that on Vulkaan Isle, it is necessary to live every day to its capacity. The phrase “carpe diem” is tattooed inside their eyelids. They know that one twist of fate can destroy everything—the island and their lives. Vulkaan Volcano is an immense, ever-present threat to the isle. It’s been thousands of years since an explosion… could it be time for another? Or will it take another thousand years? No one is certain, but the horses here take no chances. Life is too precious. Vulkaan Isle remains paradise… for now.
