Here is where you will claim everything you need for the site. The face claim, job claims, dorm/apartment claim is all here and yes, you must post in all of them before you are allowed to role play on the site. However, no, you are not allowed to claim anything until after your character has been accepted and we will not be reserving anything either. Sorry guys, but get those applications done and you can get your claim up! Horse claims will be found in the barn.

Here is where you post if you want a character to be made for you. The only thing is you cannot request a character that is your character's boyfriend, girlfriend or fiancé. Sorry guys, but we feel you shouldn't just a site with a plan for your character's love life and should be more open to who you will plot with. You can, however, request a spouse if your character is age twenty-five or older. Beyond that, ask for anything you can think of, a best friend a worst enemy or a sibling.

Where all classes should be role played out. All the buildings are fairly old but beautiful and by no means falling apart because they are kept beautiful for the school. All professors are understanding of horse responsibilities, some more than others.

All sporting events, with the exception of horse events of course, will be role played out here. The school has an up to date football stadium with track and basketball court which they use to host everything they need, except cross country running, which is often done on the horse trails anyway. Use of the facilities is free to all students when they are not otherwise being used.

Ah, the gym. The fitness center is open for use by any student free of charge while people in the community may pay to use it as well. They have the best of the best equipment and are always getting new stuff in. All students are encouraged to spend a good amount of time here to improve their muscle stregth for better riding.

All the dorms on campus are resently redone so everything is "up to snuff", if you will. The dorms are all suite style, meaning there are two rooms (which generally have two people) sharing one bathroom with no more than a toilet and small shower. Rooms are small and do not allow pets, wit hthe exception of fish. Breaking dorm rules could result in expulsion from school, if it is not fixed in a timely manner.

The barns of Ridgefield are state of the art and almost brand new. They have double doors but the horses will generally be outside in the pastures unless their care giver asks for them to b e kept in during the day. The aisles are wide and there are places to cross tie tucked away in the corner but most people prefer to tack their horses in their stalls or tied to the outside so they don't have to fight for the limited space.

Obviously the place where most of the riding is done around the stable. The rules are the basic ones every rider should know, pass left shoulder to left shoulder, call out your jumps and all that fun stuff. All of the arenas have wax-coated sand footing.

Ridgefield is a stable that holds true to natrual horsemanship as much as it can. This means a vast majority of the time the horses our outside in some of their beautiful, green pastures. Well, green until winter, of course, when they will put out hay for the horses. Horses are out both at night and during the day and it is a stable rule that a horse will not be kept in a stall for more than twelve hours, unless it was already talked over with the owner or manager.

While Ridgefield Stables doesn't have much by the way of trails but what it does have is absolutely beautiful, as long as you don't mind looking at the same thing over and over again. However, there is also a cross country course with jumps of varying heights so eventers can practice out on the course a bit.

The hottest night club in town, Stics is always packed even in the middle of the week. They have live music on Friday and Saturday nights and have a nice DJ every other night. The drinks are always flowing and it's not rare to get girls dancing on the bar but because of this the bar is only for people over the age of twenty-one, and there is no way to get past this either. In fact, they are so strict there are times they turn away people who are of age that get turned away.

Though it's not nearly as nice and upkept, Indulgence is the club those under twenty-one show up at because it is the only place fo them to go. You only have to be eighteen to enter, but they are not really strict on that either. The down side? Indulgence is a strip club and if you don't like seeing nearly naked girls dancing and walking around, well, good luck here.

A big hang out place for the university students, University Mall was made just for them. They food choices are cheap, for the broke college students, and the stores are generally young adult friendly. There are almost always job openings somewhere in the mall and the fountains are great to sit by and just watch for quite some time.

Any roleplaying in houses not on university property will be done here. Just post in the claims area to get your house and it will be up as soon as possible, until then just roleplay on the main board and your thread will be moved when it is possible.
